Match rules

1. There will be 60 balls per innings maximum. Whoever scores the most runs wins.

2. Bowler’s Deliver Legal 6 Deliveries excluding No ball and Wide ball in an Over.

3. Each bowler can deliver a maximum of 12 balls per game excluding no ball or wide ball.

4. 11-a-side with 2 super-sub allowed (Bowling and Bating).

Timeout:

1. Each bowling side gets a strategic Timeout of up to two and a half minutes.

2. The coach/captain can walk out to the middle of the ground and discuss tactics with their

3. players during a timeout.

Power play:

1. First 03 overs of each innings for each team.

2. Two fielders are allowed outside of the initial 30-yard circle during the power play.

Game Time:

1. 1 hour 30 minutes for each match, said that each innings has to be completed.

2. Hours including Innings Break and strategic Time out.

3. Every Over must be completed by 3.5 Minutes (3 Minutes 30 Seconds).

4. The match reporting time is 30 minutes before the Fixture Time.

5. Every 10 Minutes delay will have a penalty of 2 Overs.

6. 1-hour delay of any particular team after the fixture time is not acceptable to start the match and the opponent gets a walkover.

Others:

1. If a match is delayed or stopped due to technical issues such as ground problems or electrical issues, then either the match will be re-issued on the next available date or played at a later time if the technical issue is fixed in a short period.

2. If a match is canceled due to rain or natural calamities, DL Method will be taken into account in a running match. If the DL method cannot be proposed or implemented then points will be shared by wither teams. If a match is canceled due to rainy weather conditions, then points will be shared.

3. During the group stage, if a match is tied, then points will be shared equally by both teams, and the group champion will be assessed by Net Run Rate.

4. During the Knockout stage, If a match is tied then,

                   a. Super Overs (Maximum 3 if Time is Available)

                   b. Wicket Hit

                   c. Toss

2. Need to deposit within 10th March 2022 with Players List, Jersey number with size, and NID/PASSPORT copy.

Rules and Regulation:

1. Maximum 12 teams.

2. Each team has 15 players.

3. Player Age restrictions and Pro-player guidelines are provided in By-laws below.

4. Maximum 10 Teams will participate on “first come first” services basis.

5. A proper dress code is mandatory. 1 point will be deducted if the correct jersey is not worn during the match by the best 12 Squad.

6. Total 25 matches including league matches, quarter-finals, semi-finals, final.

7.  All teams have to submit NID and Players list before the 10th of March 2021 at 10:00 pm.

Age Limit & Pro-Player: No Age Limits

Pro-player Restriction:

1. 2020 January 1st is considered to be the last played match or registered.

2. Pro-Player registered on or before 1st January 2020 but could not play the season are NOT qualified for this tournament.

3. Pro-player registered for running season i.e. 2022 but never played Pro-level before are also NOT qualified for this tournament.

The submitted database is considered to be the final player list for this Season Starting from 17th March 2022. A team can submit up to 15 Player lists. After submission, no further addition of player will be considered.

In case of serious injury of any particular player, a team must play with the rest of the 11 players. If more than 5 players then they play with the number of available players who are physically fit.

If a player is found guilty on verification of their national ID or passport, that particular team will be penalized for BDT 50,000/- on spot, and the player should be banned for this season. If the Penalty is not paid on spot, the team cannot play in the next games. If the committee could not verify the passport/ pro player’s year gap as mentioned above and later after a particular match the team/player is found guilty, then the match point will be reversed and given to the opponent who played fair. If both played guilty, both teams will be penalized and no points will be given to either of the team.
